High On Blooms is a locally owned, owner-managed florist proudly based in the High Street Shopping Centre, Rangeville, serving the Toowoomba community. Founded with a passion for quality floristry and personal service, High On Blooms was created to offer beautifully designed floral arrangements with a genuine local touch.

Senior Florist and owner Lawrence Little has worked in the floristry industry for many years, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of floral styles and occasions. After building strong industry knowledge and a loyal local following, Lawrence took the opportunity to open his own florist, creating a business built on creativity, care, and connection.

At the heart of High On Blooms is a strong sense of family. When he’s not in the studio, Lawrence is often accompanied by his much-loved dachshunds, Buddy and Daisy, who are very much part of the High On Blooms family. That same warmth, care, and attention flow into every floral arrangement created in the store.

Lawrence Little is the owner, manager, and senior florist behind High On Blooms, bringing many years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for floristry to the Toowoomba community.

With a strong background in the floristry industry, Lawrence has worked across a wide range of floral styles and occasions, developing a reputation for quality workmanship, creativity, and attention to detail. After years of experience working within the industry, he took the opportunity to establish High On Blooms, a local florist built on personalised service, fresh quality blooms, and thoughtfully designed arrangements.

As an owner-managed business, Lawrence is involved in every aspect of High On Blooms, from sourcing flowers and designing arrangements to working directly with customers to ensure each order reflects the occasion and sentiment behind it. His approach is hands-on, caring, and detail-focused, ensuring every arrangement meets high standards before leaving the store.

At the heart of Lawrence’s work is a strong sense of family and connection.

Alongside his beloved dachshunds, Buddy and Daisy, Lawrence brings warmth, care, and personality into the business, values that are reflected in every floral design created at High On Blooms.

Hope joined High On Blooms after completing her floristry apprenticeship last year, bringing fresh energy, creativity, and a beautiful feminine touch to the studio. Lawrence and Hope have worked together previously, making their reunion at High On Blooms a natural fit  and together they truly are the perfect duo.

Hope has a natural flair for creating fresh, modern bouquets and thoughtfully styled arrangements, adding a softer, contemporary edge to the High On Blooms floral designs. Her eye for detail and love of colour perfectly complements Lawrence’s experience and craftsmanship.

Beyond floristry, Hope is also a talented crochet artist. You’ll often find her hand-crafted crochet pieces on display in-store, adding another layer of creativity and warmth to the High On Blooms experience.

Together, Lawrence and Hope blend experience, creativity, and individuality, ensuring every arrangement is made with care, style, and heart.
