Refund Policy

At High On Blooms, we take great pride in providing fresh, quality floral arrangements.

Fresh Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available for change of mind.

However, if there is an issue with the quality of your flowers or an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, where possible.

We will happily offer:

✔ A replacement
✔ A store credit
✔ Or a refund where appropriate

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or changed with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to delivery or collection.
Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

⏰ Delivery Times

Standard deliveries are made during business hours.

While we always do our best to meet requested delivery times, specific time requests cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

🌹 Same-Day Delivery

Same-day flower delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (subject to availability).

We recommend placing orders as early as possible, especially during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and holidays.

📍 Correct Delivery Details

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete, including:

• Recipient name
• Delivery address
• Contact phone number

High On Blooms cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

🚪 Safe Drop-Off

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location where appropriate.
If no safe place is available, we will attempt to contact the recipient or sender for further instructions.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Flower Availability

•Flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

•If certain blooms are unavailable, we may substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and colour of the arrangement.

Delivery

• We offer delivery across Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather or traffic conditions.
• Please ensure correct delivery details are provided. High On Blooms is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Same-Day Delivery

Care of Flowers

Once delivered or collected, High On Blooms is not responsible for the care of flowers. Care instructions are provided to help extend the life of your blooms.
